Highly digestible 🥗
While I’m not sure that I’m interested in going 100% veg I’m really intrigued by the potential health benefits of incorporating some of the plant-based tips into my lifestyle. The audio is clear and topics are generally highly digestible so this show is perfect for what I’m looking for.

My father in-law has diabetes, and Healthy Lifestyle Solutions with Maya had an expert on about how plant based diets can help manage diabetes. This episode was better and more informative than any thing I’ve seen.

So much good information
I love the way, Maya Acosta not only tells us how to be healthier, but explains the details and the reasoning behind it. For instance, in the fiber episode, she starts at the beginning telling about the gut biome, then moves into explain exactly what fiber does and why we need it. I appreciate this so much more than someone who just tells me what to do. There are plenty of people doing that, but this takes it to a whole new level. She’s done so much research and has fantastic guests as well. If you want to have a healthy body (and who doesn’t) check this podcast out.
