I am the Executive Director of the National Health Association (NHA). I oversee operations for the longest-running nonprofit whole-food, plant-exclusive organization in the United States. Founded in 1948, the NHA promotes the benefits of a plant-exclusive diet and lifestyle. The Association provides educational materials, educational events, as well as a weekly podcast show, a bi-weekly newsletter, a quarterly magazine titled "Health Science" that is mailed to our members and Plant Based cruising with small cruise lines that have active sustainability programs and provide active excursions while maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
