Greetings, everyone. I'm so glad that you're watching this wonderful interview that Mike is conducting. And I'm so glad to be here at the National Health Association conference there said, benefit screens that tie. Amy, your leader in your area,

you need two groups. And you're very successful at doing that a lot of people came to our table and asked about, you know, at, you know, starting either support group or finding a support group for themselves as a leader, what does it mean to you to be here at

the conference? Well, I love to meet people who are either already on the plant based journey or curious, and I get to meet people like that, my thought, and I'm hoping to spread the word here as they meet that not just coming to this conference, and seeing the wonderful doctors with all the latest and greatest information, but more importantly, getting in touch with the people that are attending, because they're looking for answers that they haven't found anywhere else. And most importantly, as a product leader, I know the importance of having connections, because you can get all this great information here, or people are watching it virtually. Or they're watching YouTube videos that Maya or myself that we make. But if you don't have that connection and support it challenging to maintain this lifestyle, because it is a lifestyle for the rest of your life. This is really important. Yeah.

And what have you enjoyed the most from being here? I know connection, this one, what else yourself in terms of either personal growth or just something that you enjoy? That was fun?

Okay, well, one fun thing, I have to say, meeting my in person, because we've been on each other's podcast, and we have kind of a connection going. And so being able to give her a hug was very meaningful. She's a wonderful person and doing so much great things for this. For me, I think seeing some of the doctors with their latest and greatest information, and getting encouraged that they're finally making breakthroughs, with getting the ability to get funding and permission to do some of these, well needed studies to give more evidence for lifestyle. And that was just so encouraging to me. And to see that the hotel had made the accommodations with the chef to provide us with these plant based shoe oil and salt free meals. So it seems like this is getting becoming more mainstream, which is so important to healing everybody.
