Gabriel Zhanay is a men's physique athlete and a pioneer in vegan fitness. He went vegan three years ago after noticing a link between his spiritual practice and food choices, and he became vegan almost immediately after learning about the suffering caused by eating animals. He has written dozens of articles on vegan fitness and two extensive vegan fitness e-books. He is also the founder of Vegan Fitness Redefined and a PN2 Master Health Coach and NASM Certified Personal Trainer.
