Meet Lora Greenberg who is a plant based physician assistant with over 23 years of experience and resides just outside of Dallas, TX. She is also the CEO of Feeling Fabulous which is a coaching program designed to offer support for individuals looking to adopt a plant-based lifestyle.
She is also board certified in lifestyle medicine which makes this conversation even more interesting for me. We will talk about what life has been like for her as she continues to quarantine herself while working as a hospitalist in order to keep her patients safe.
