Fitz is a friend here in the Dallas area. He is a vegan, a dj, an animal rights activist and plant-based! He is certified in eCornell's Plant-Based Nutrition Program. Most recently he took a gig at the ZaZa Hotel to dj on Sunday during the summer season. He will be playing chill music at the gran opening of the Viridescent Kitchen on July 27.
