Kwang Chong is a leader in animal advocacy here in Dallas. When he was just 10 years old, an animal welfare research paper topic selected on a whim exposed him to the realities of animal farming and the horrific living conditions battery chickens suffer in. Soon after he graduated from college, he acknowledged his food choices had dire consequences, and decided to sustain himself without eating animals.   Today, his passion is sharing the truth about how animals are treated for human use, and the effects animal agriculture has on our planet. Each year his organization Our Planet Theirs Too hosts events around the world on National Animal Rights Day honoring the lives of animals who were violated and killed for food, fashion, entertainment, and experimentation. He manages corporate IT projects during the day and can be found cycling Dallas streets.
