INGREDIENTS
*4 Medjool dates, pitted *
*1 cup almond flour
*½ cup brown rice flour
*1/3 cup maple sugar *
*1 teaspoon baking powder
*½ teaspoon baking soda
*1 Tablespoon flax meal (ground flaxseed)
*1 teaspoon vanilla
*1/3 cup + 1 Tablespoon almond butter, softened *
*¼ cup unsweetened, plain plant milk
*¼ teaspoon sea salt (+/- to taste) *
Other Ingredients
*1 ½ cups walnuts, finely chopped (optional)
*Raspberry jam (or other jam flavors) we used St. Dalfour Red *Raspberry Jam*
