Earlier this year, I had the opportunity to attend the Barnard Medical Center's Kickstart Intensive program. I am not only a member of PCRM but a huge fan. This was a smoothie they served one morning and I loved it. This is also a great way to sneak green leafy vegetables into your diet.

INGREDIENTS:
*orange, peeled (1)
*grapes (1 cup)
*banana (1)
*pear, cored (1)
*soy, almond, or rice milk (1 cup)
*fresh kale or spinach (2 cups)
*ice cubes (your preference), optional

INSTRUCTIONS:
*Add all of the ingredients into a blender.
*Feel free to add ice for a cooler drink.
