Katya Galbis is a licensed nutritionist in Florida and is dedicated to promoting a plant-based diet through different social networks.
She is passionate about nutrition, which is why she studied nutrition at the Autonomous Metropolitan University of Mexico.
She is an active member of the Academy of Food and Nutrition, the largest organization of nutritionists/dietitians in the United States.
She currently has the eCornell Plant-Based Nutrition certification from the T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies, Lifestyle Medicine, and Vegetarian Nutrition certification from the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.
