Welcome back!! This is video #4 of our Hydroponics for Beginners by a Beginner series. We have been sharing with you how we were able to grow our own vegetables with a simple hydroponics system.

Hydroponics is ideal for indoor gardening and small spaces. There are many ways to grow foods in water. For our video series, we are keeping it simple and sharing our system. We've managed to grow lettuce, kale, arugula, basil, tomatoes, and peppers. We also grow microgreens and sprout seeds for more nutrient-dense foods.

In this video, Dr. Riz will show you how to thin your seedlings also know as "paring" and then transplant them into their new reservoir.
