Maya will slice up some radishes and pears.

INGREDIENTS: Serves 2
*6 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
*2 chopped pears (Asian pears)
*4 cups arugula
*2 radishes, thinly sliced
*2 tablespoons walnuts, chopped
*2 tablespoons dried cranberries
*Salt, to taste
